Our Chief Executive Officer and Broker, Cheryl Bisque, spent nearly two decades in the high-tech industry, reaching the executive level there, before establishing Entitle Realty.

Cheryl began investing in real estate in the early 1990s. Like many people, she became frustrated quickly with real estate agents who weren't performing enough work to deserve the commissions that she was paying.

After several years, while serving as the Chief Information/Technology Officer of a mid-sized high-tech company, Cheryl decided to stop dealing with the unreasonable fees and just obtain her own broker license. (She is currently a broker in three states: California, Colorado, and Massachusetts.)

Cheryl worked with Keller Williams during her first two years as a real estate broker. At Keller Williams, she received numerous awards for listings, closings, and sales volume, even though she was working full time as a high-tech executive and only handling real estate transactions for friends and family.

The more experience Cheryl gained in the industry, the clearer her vision became with respect to how the real estate industry should function. Entitle Realty was born from her vision and has thrived because of her leadership, particularly in applying cutting-edge technologies to enable great service at huge discounts.
