We also provide services (i.e., any/all of those from our full-service package) at reasonable hourly rates for clients who prefer that method. For example, if you're planning to represent yourself in a property purchase but would like a market analysis to ensure that your price is right, we will prepare such an analysis and provide related consulting for a small hourly fee. Finally, we have several other custom options available for flat fees. For example, if you find a property yourself and verbally negotiate a related purchase but need assistance in preparing the actual purchase paperwork and seeing the deal through to closing, we can offer those services to you for a very low flat fee.
